Undo a save
Goal: Archive a Notion page you saved by mistake or want to remove. Time: Seconds
Option A: From the orb (within ~30 seconds)
After a save, the orb shows an Undo button alongside the "Saved to Captures" message. Click it before the orb returns to idle.
The Notion page is moved to Trash. The orb shows "Removed".
Option B: From History (anytime)
- Open the side panel → click ⋯ → History (or click the clock icon in the toolbar's utility zone)
- Find the entry you want to undo
- Click Undo on that row
- The row dims and shows "Removed"
Recovering an undone save
Undo uses Notion's soft-delete, the page goes to Trash, not permanent deletion. To recover:
- In Notion: sidebar → Trash
- Find the page
- Click Restore
Pages stay in Notion's Trash for 30 days before permanent deletion.
