Short, 2 sentences

Filed is a Chrome extension that saves anything from the web directly into your Notion workspace: URLs, articles, selected text, highlights, and screenshots, with the right structure, automatically.

Long, paragraph

Filed connects the open web to Notion. With one click or a keyboard shortcut, you can save URLs, full articles, quotes, screenshots, and more, not as raw links in a list, but into purpose-built Notion databases with the correct schema and views set up automatically. Filed never stores anything on its own servers: every save goes directly from your browser to the Notion API. The Visual Workflow Builder lets power users map any element on any page to any Notion column, without writing code. Four premade workflows cover the most common use cases out of the box: Links, Articles, People, and Media.

Style notes

  • "Filed for Notion" on first mention, "Filed" thereafter.
  • The word is "workflow", not "preset" or "template".
  • "Saves to Notion", not "syncs". There is no two-way sync.
  • Works on Chrome, Firefox, and all Chromium-based browsers. Safari not supported.

Usage guidelines

Do

  • Use the wordmark on a white or dark background with sufficient contrast.
  • Refer to the product as "Filed" or "Filed for Notion" on first mention.
  • Link to usefiled.app when mentioning Filed in an article or review.
  • Use the provided screenshots as-is, without cropping out the browser chrome.

Don't

  • Recolor, distort, rotate, or add effects to the logo.
  • Use Filed's name or logo in a way that implies endorsement or partnership.
  • Claim to be affiliated with Filed without written permission.
  • Say "syncs with Notion": Filed saves to Notion. There is no two-way sync.
  • Mention browser support: Chrome, Firefox, and all Chromium-based browsers.
